TR được nghiên cứu và phát triển nhằm đáp ứng nhu cầu sản xuất cà phê chất lượng cao, với khả năng sinh trưởng mạnh mẽ, thích nghi tốt với nhiều điều kiện thổ nhưỡng. Giống TR không chỉ giữ được sự mạnh mẽ vốn có, mà còn mang đến chất vị mượt mà, đậm đà.

Với giống cà TR, chế biến khô với men rượu cần - một nguyên liệu bản địa giàu bản sắc địa phương, một đời sống văn hoá của bà con vùng Tây Nguyên tạo nên nốt hương say đắm của núi rừng, của cảm xúc về một miền Cao nguyên huyền thoại. Cà phê được thu hái chín 100%, sau đó rửa sạch và làm ráo dưới nắng, đảm bảo phù hợp độ ẩm để lên men với men rượu cần trong một tuần (phù thuộc thời tiết và nhiệt độ môi trường), sau đó tiếp tục được phơi đến khi đạt độ ẩm phù hợp nhất.

TR was researched and developed to meet the demand for high-quality coffee production, with vigorous growth and strong adaptability to various soil conditions. The TR variety not only retains its inherent robustness but also delivers a smooth and rich flavor profile.

With the TR coffee variety, a dry processing method using rượu cần yeast—a local ingredient rich in cultural identity and a reflection of the traditional life of the Central Highlands people—is applied. This creates an enchanting note reminiscent of the forests and the emotional essence of a legendary Highland region. The coffee cherries are harvested at full ripeness (100%), then thoroughly washed and sun-dried to achieve optimal moisture for fermentation with rượu cần yeast over the course of a week (depending on weather and ambient temperature), and subsequently dried further until reaching the ideal moisture level.
