We started our coffee journey with the thoughts of our children growing up in the Buon Ma Thuot Highlands. But instead of wondering "How to make it delicious?", we approach coffee in a different direction: "How to do it right?"".

Correct from the growing process to harvesting and preliminary processing.

From roasting techniques to the art of brewing a perfect cup of coffee.

Correct in dealings with farmers and farming households; make sure every drop of their sweat is worth it.

And right in connecting with customers. We are not trying to convince anyone that this is the best coffee. Taste is something that cannot be persuaded. But SOUL, devotes all his heart and enthusiasm to doing what he believes is right, even though compromise is often much easier. The flavor of each cup of SOUL coffee will convey that spirit.

That concern has become Soul's motivation to explore and create a Fine Robusta approach with the method of pre-processing and fermenting from materials rich in Buon Ma Thuot's identity such as can wine yeast, sticky rice wine yeast, and beer yeast. Handcrafted, combined with fruits such as passion fruit, honey pineapple, black pepper collected from the garden but still lingering on the breath and flavor of the Central Highlands. Not only in the annual crop collection, but in each of Soul's products from coffee beans to packaging images, Soul wants to convey to customers the quality information of Fine Robusta Vietnam, the value of its products. stories about regional culture through brand images, transparency of production processes, and development of sustainable value of the supply process.
